Cannot apply profile

There is no way to apply profiles when running a single cuke from the show action. This generates an option parsing argument when running cucumber and causes all tests to fail no matter what. There is still no way to apply profiles when running a single commit. However, commit ed1527c994f5e786bd0923292225a27c3fb892c0 removes the use of profiles completely
